Shadow Mountain Karate meets here at Calvary Chapel of El Cajon. It is a Christ-centered martial arts program, dedicated to fostering the spiritual growth of its members through the faithful proclamation of the Word of God, and the discipline of the martial arts.

They are associated with the United Fighting Arts Federation established by Chuck Norris.

When: Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Where: The Gym (Butler Building) at Calvary Chapel El Cajon

Cost: $30/month (scholarships are available) No charge for first few classes
